It has now been confirmed that Jean Michel Jarre's forthcoming studio album, Sessions 2000, will be released and distributed in the UK on Monday 28th October.

An independent distributor is responsible for the UK release. Despite many fans stating that this Jean Michel Jarre's last recording for Sony Music, this is simply not the case. Only some localised Sony regions are being used on a distribution basis, notably France and Poland, which are territories which have been under the control of Francis Dreyfus Music for a considerable long time.

The album should be available in the following UK stores; HMV, MVC, Virgin and V-Shops.

This now means that a total of five countries are confirmed to releases Sessions 2000 on Monday 28th October; France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands and the UK.
