Jean Michel Jarre has been in the Belgian capital today to champion the cause for taxes to be reduced for sales of CDs. The French singer Christophe has won a Victoire de la Musique award for best concert of the year, for his unique show staged at L'Olympia held in March 2002. The 18th Victoires de la Musique awards ceremony was held last night in Paris, similar to the Brit Awards held in the UK, and is Christophe's first ever Victoire award.
