The cheaper 15,000Dr tickets for both nights (19th and 20th June) for the Akropolis shows have now sold out. Fans from outside Greece have faced a torid week in which to pay for tickets which had been reserved a week earlier, having to call countless times to Athens to pay for them. Even on occasions when some fans got through initially, they were told to call at another time!

The organisation of the cheaper tickets has a lot to be desired, however it is fair to say that the organisers wanted most, if not all, of the cheap tickets to be sold to Greeks only. This can be seen by the difficulty overseas fans have faced, and with the Greek Festival website publishing details in Greek how to but the tickets for both concerts, but nothing appearing on the corresponding English page.



With less than two weeks to go before the show, these cheaper tickets will not be shipped to fans, but have to be collected in Athens. They can be collected either at the main Greek Festival box office near to the Akropolis or the special summer box office close to Syntagma Square.
