AERO TICKETS RELEASED TO HUNGRY FANS
by revo on 12/07/2002.

Tickets for Jean Michel Jarre's concert in Denmark, entitled Aero, finally went on sale today at 10:00 (CET), as stated in our news item from yesterday. The first few hours proved to be frustrating for fans with the e-billetter website failing to cope with the huge demand and the phone lines being constantly engaged. These kind of things are not uncommon, however after approximately three hours, the situation became more stable with people being able to order tickets online and by phone much easier.

A note for fans who have ordered tickets online, your order is valid once you are presented with a screen stating 'Dankort transaktion complete' and a summary of your order with a transaction and an order number. A number of fans have also received two follow-up emails to confirm their order, while others have not received any emails at all. By not receiving an email does not mean your order is not valid, it seems something has gone slightly astray with the ordering process. For any fans who wish to check their order is valid, then simply email your transaction and order number to kundeservice@e-billetter.dk and you will receive a response to advise you if the order is valid or not.

The ticket agency e-billetter, who are exclusively selling tickets for Aero, have stated that sales on Friday have reached almost 10,000, out of 30,000 available tickets for the concert. The number claimed is staggering considering the problems people have had ordering during the first few hours.

For fans who are planning to attend the show, but have not booked concert tickets to date, then this is the link you need to book tickets now. Alternatively you may call e-billetter on +45 (0)70 263 267.

Look out for more Aero updates this coming weekend...
