Jean Michel Jarre will perform a special concert at the famous French festival, Le Printemps de Bourges.

Each day, the festival organises a debate and show case between two artists, a pioneer and a new artist, entitled ‘audio brunch’. On Friday 12 April, Jean Michel Jarre will be the guest of moderators Jean-Yves Leloup and Ariel Kyrou (author of the book Rebel Techno, a century of electronic music). Together with the group Soul Designer, they will talk about the evolution of electronic music : ‘from Pierre Schaeffer to techno, inheritance or betrayal ?’

The debate will be followed or preceded by a concert of Jean Michel Jarre.



The show will take place on Friday 12 April 2002, from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm (14h - 16h30) in the Le Palais Jacques-Cœur in Bourges.

The entrance to this event is free but tickets have to be purchased in Bourges, at the Maison de la Culture, event page at the official Le Printemps de Bourges website.
